This work, developed in the framework of a workshop by Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami, documents a marriage in rural Iran with a focus on the 13-year old bride and the ritual around her dowry. With latent critique, Eskandafar comments on the documentary shots by accelerating the traditional music and by using texts that explain the images and create a distance to the event.
