n.b.k. publications

n.b.k.’s printed publications appear in cooperation with Verlag der Buchhandlung Walther König, Cologne. Walther König is a bookstore and publishing house with stores in all major German-speaking cities as well as selected additional European places. The bookstores and the distribution center make books on modern and contemporary art, photography, architecture, and art theory available worldwide. Buchhandlung Walther König is particularly known for its large selection of artists’ books, exhibition catalogues, and monographs. The book series “n.b.k. Exhibitions” presents artists and their works. “n.b.k. Discourse” presents current approaches in the theory and practice of art, as well as in outreach and teaching. The series “n.b.k. Berlin” gives insight into the Berlin art scene —the authors write about the Berlin mythos, voicing their opinion. The DVD series "n.b.k. Concert" documents music and discussion events as well as performances at Neuer Berliner Kunstverein.
