Twenty years after the death of Michel Majerus, the Germany-wide exhibition series Michel Majerus 2022 is dedicated to various aspects and work phases in the artist's oeuvre. In Berlin alone, four solo exhibitions present Michel Majerus' work in its complexity.

As part of the Art Walk, the group will visit three of these exhibition venues together with Raoul Zoellner: KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Galerie Neugerriemschneider, and Neuer Berliner Kunstverein (n.b.k.). In direct comparison, techniques, materials, conceptual starting points, and the development of artistic style can be traced in the work of Michel Majerus, offering an in-depth look at his oeuvre.
