As part of the exhibition Hours and Hours of Inactivity, Roman Schramm offers an experience-oriented workshop in the exhibition space. Together the participants address social roles and explore what it means to devise identities. Different characters are conceived and tried out in a collective exercise. Removed from everyday life, the workshop functions as a space for the reflection of certain personality concepts and related social dynamics.

Roman Schramm (b. 1979 in Pfullendorf), from 1999 to 2007, studied at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg. In 2005, he was awarded the German Photobook Prize for his publication
Tomaten; since 2010, he publishes the magazine SKULPI.
