Finding an Edge

Central issues for this photographer and video artist are light, time, space, and engaging with reality and the appearance of things. In Finding an Edge, she filmed a densely grown meadow: the wind blows through the stalks of grass while the soundtrack records the coincidental sounds of the day. In so doing, she creates a meditation on the constantly changing texture of reality, as if someone had “passed their hand over the landscape’s hair (Adorno).”
