The camera in Eyelids focuses on two semitransparent curtains and the view from the inside to the outside. The Unreliable Narrator questions the revision of terrorist attacks by the media. Put to the background of meditative sound, Hollow Earth is dedicated to the dramatic changes in the landscape north of the Arctic Circle.

Artists’ Film International (AFI) is an initiative by the Whitechapel Gallery in London and presents artists from the fields of film, video and animation, who are nominated by international partner organizations and shown in the respective art institutions, including Whitechapel Gallery, London; Istanbul Modern; Ballroom Marfa, Texas; Video-Forum at Neuer Berliner Kunstverein; Museum of Modern Art, Warsaw; GAMeC, Bergamo; Fundación Proa, Buenos Aires; Hanoi DOCLAB; Para/Site Art Space, Hong Kong; Tromsø Kunstforening; Project 88, Mumbai; Belgrade Cultural Centre; Centre for Contemporary Arts Afghanistan, Kabul. 

From 27 to 29 October 2015, Video-Forum presents a selection from the Artists’ Film International 2015 program, which has the shared topic Conflicts. The selection is divided into three thematic sub-chapters: points of view, showrooms and realities of life.
